JORDAN NOVOTA

Jordan is a versatile Hybrid Athlete whose athletic journey began at the age of three as an alpine skier, progressing into competitive racing from ages 8 to 16. From ages 16 to 19, Jordan took on coaching roles with U12 and U14 alpine skiers, gaining early hands on experience in athlete development. Alongside skiing, Jordan began swimming at age six and competed in water polo at a national level from ages 12 to 16, building a strong endurance and swimming foundation.

Jordan entered the gym at age 14 and consistently combined strength training with sport participation. Through years of trial, discipline, and real world application, Jordan transformed from a lanky kid into a high performance athlete. Over six years of personal training and five years of coaching experience, Jordan independently mastered effective nutrition, training, and recovery methods, prioritizing practical results over theory.

In recent years, Jordan has competed in open water swim races, Ironman events, and completed a 100 km ultramarathon, proving that it is possible to build strength and muscle while achieving elite endurance performance. Jordan’s mission is to share this experience driven knowledge to help others reach their full potential, driven by the belief that with consistency and dedication, anything is achievable.

I strongly advocate for a programming approach that emphasizes the  development of physical strength as well as cardiovascular endurance. It’s an  athletes goal to build a sustainable amount of muscle mass while allowing for  endurance goals to be achieved. The key to muscle growth, or hypertrophy, lies  in progressive tension overload. As we become stronger, we can more rapidly  increase workload volume, facilitating continuous progress. As we enhance our  endurance, we can more efficiently increase training volume, fostering sustained  progress. 

Say goodbye to pump  and fluff workouts, as well as generic bro splits commonly found in the fitness  industry. Instead, embrace a workout regimen that integrates optimal  periodization methods and exercise selection to fulfill your long-term fitness and  physique goals.
